TIPS:

Not everything you find is beneficial. Some pots or treasure chests contain bombs - always open them from a safe distance using your weapon.

Level 1: The gate to the level exit only opens when all enemies are defeated and all hostages are freed. Go to the gate and find a large star symbol on the ground. Run over it centered to release the key.

Level 2: Look for 2 stars next to each other on a wall. First shoot the right star with a normal shot - a bridge appears. Then shoot the left star for extra cash. Later, after all enemies are defeated, return to the stars. Shoot right then left again - one gives you the key to exit the level.
Note: If you clear the level left side first then right side, the key appears directly after the shooting sequence without revisiting.

CONTROLS (F-keys during gameplay):
F1 - Character stops while shooting
F2 - Character can shoot while running
F3 - Character stops while shooting unless moving

If you have a two-button joystick, the second button switches weapons. Use arrow keys up/down to change grenade throwing range.

Upgrade weapons wisely based on budget. For later levels, at least the second upgrade tier is mandatory.
