Gold Cheat:
Go to the nearest city and offer items for sale. When asked which items 
you want to sell, type a number between 1 and 5. These items don't 
actually exist, but you will receive a lot of gold for them anyway. 
Repeat as often as needed.

WARNING: Do NOT enter a number higher than 5, or the game will crash!
