Cheat:

Start the game normally. Then press the following buttons together:
GREEN - YELLOW - BLUE and the RED button.
Then press FORWARD and BACKWARD buttons together.
Then press GREEN - YELLOW and BLUE again.
You should hear a sound and can now skip levels using the FORWARD and BACKWARD buttons!

Also type "TRAINER MODE" for infinite everything.
