 stamina levels every couple of days. When it reaches 90 - 92 change

 the length of the training session to one hour and they should be

 certain winners.

First, let your athlete train for 3 hours. Then change the date to the 18th. Now reduce training time to 1 hour. Your athlete is now 95% fit!
