Watch the intro screen until the bloke asks Mike Hagar to turn on
        the telly, then press 'HELP' five times to activate the cheat.  You
        now are invulnerable to hits and kicks and press '+' to make all
        mad gear members disappear.  also, pause the game and type
        "SHERRIF FATMAN" for infinite lives.
