 CHEAT MODE:

 Entering player one's name in as 'FIELDS OF FIRE' and player two's
 in as 'IN A BIG COUNTRY' will allow you to qualify for every race
 no matter what your finishing posision is.


 If that's not enough, then enter MONSTER as player one and
 SEVENTEEN for player two.  You should now be able to get into a bonus
 game!
