Pinball Illusions

First select a table, but before launching the first ball, press CTRL
and HELP keys. Now start the game (RETURN key).
- CTRL key: Adds one extra ball (up to 3 balls per game)
- HELP key: Infinite balls

During the game, activate with 0 on the numeric keypad, then:
- 1    = Slow motion
- HELP = Extra ball
- D    = ?
