Primal Rage

Press fire to start the game and wait until the main menu appears.  
It will have 3 options on it:

START
TRAINING
GAME OPTIONS

Type "GETITON" and a new option called "CHEAT MENU" will appear at the
bottom of the list.  Click on the cheat menu and you will be able to
set various options including invulnerability.
