Whiplash & Wagonwheel

WALKTHROUGH:

In the truck: Open glovebox, examine it for lighter. Examine seat, lift catch and seat for scissor jack. Leave truck, examine back for bar and rope.

Go S until Old Joey. Stand on cockroach, then ask him something for advice. Go S into Diner, ask Georgio about McTear. Don't drink the coffee (poisoned)! Go N, follow Georgio for vital information. Return to road, go down Alleyway to bottom. Find Joey, give him medal to enter Diner back door.

Move bins to find McTear's wallet (examine for cash). Go N into Diner, W into other room. Examine fridge for meat, open cupboard, examine for two bottles. Put drops into cough bottle, leave cough bottle for Georgio to find. Don't drink drops (poison)!

Go E, try to go S - Wagonwheel appears with flaming wheel! Catch wheel immediately, roll it back. Go S and E. Re-enter Diner back door later to find Georgio beating Joey - stop him or Joey won't help again. Don't kill anyone or you get lynched (except Bert Willy later).

Go E on road, lift litter for brooch. Return brooch to Sheriff for invitation to Carvelle Sisters (timing matters with Wagonwheel encounter). Enter Library but Willy blocks Museum. Go to Old House, examine door for intercom, press button, reply "Yes" when Butler asks about Mr. Masterson.

Show The Carvelles the small wheel - they give Museum ticket and diary advice. Return to Library, go S into Museum. Open window, when Willy rushes to close it, open desk for diary. Leave Library.

In Alleyway: find ladder, but it breaks. Attempting to carry ladder on road = arrested for burglary. In Cell: pencil and lighter remain. When Sheriff offers burger, say "No" (get sandwich in wrapping). Write on wrapping with pencil, put lighter in wrapping, throw out window. Carvelle Sisters bail you out.

Get Joey to Alleyway window location. Climb on Joey's shoulders through window. Go N to Library, open desk for combination code. Go to Museum, get stave, unlock case. Whiplash and Wagonwheel appear - raise stave against whip, fight Wagonwheel with stave. Get whip, climb out window.

Go to Barn. Shot fired, Willy points gun. Use whip to disarm him, get gun and kill him, cover with straw. Go to Garage, examine under car, pull legs. Bert McKechnie appears - say "Follow me," then "Examine the truck." Pay 90 dollars for repair.

If truck needs towing (extra 10 dollars): get Joey to truck, enter truck, release handbrake, tell Joey to push to Garage. Hang keys on rack in Office. Wait for McKechnie to repair, get keys back.

Go to fence/gates. Enter kiosk, put wheel in slot. Go W and N (only TWO MOVES before gates slam). Wait for dogs to lie down, go N to Clearing. Don't go E to pry bars (that's the wrong way).

Go N into Warehouse (door slams). When whip lashes throat, climb up whip TWICE. Examine warehouse for loose bricks, examine brick for robe. Move wood across EASTERN doorway. Go in, open trapdoor, pull McTear out. Wear robe (Willy's robe). Go out wearing robe or Gathering catches you.

At Clearing, Whiplash and Wagonwheel appear again. Throw whip into fire. Put drops on meat, go S. Throw meat at dogs (drugs them). Go S to truck, enter, IMMEDIATELY lock door. Put keys in ignition, start engine. Escape!
